1. Single arm overhead press and reverse lunge Rotation (L)
2. Single arm overhead press and reverse lunge Rotation (R)
3. Kettlebell squats and kettlebell stiff leg deadlift
4. Kettlebell pullover and hip bridge

Block 2 consists of the following exercises

1. Kettlebell Bentover Takeover Rows
2. Kettlebell close Grip pushup pulses
3. Seated leg extension and kettlebell biceps curls
4. Kettlebell Russian Twist push and pull

After Burner consists of the following exercises

1. Kettlebell Giant Mountain Climbers
2. Kettlebell controlled burpees
3. Kettlebell side to side half swings
