Exercise Steps
- Begin in a push-up position with the left arm holding a kettlebell.
- Perform a push-up and hold at the top.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together to lift your left elbow about 15 cm above your body as you pull the kettlebell up to your chest.
- Return back to the starting push-up position, aiming for 8-10 repetitions with each arm.
